Don't waste your money

Trash in the trash can

Spent several hours attempting to find a place to change it but was 100% unsuccessful. Tech was useless unless you want to give them control of your computer. NOT!!! Used three different devices to try to log in and was not successful in finding anyplace to change the admin password. How bright is it to make a password that is that stupid and not make an easy way to change it. The instructions say it can be changed. I think not.

Works great but is not easy to install

You have to be a computer programmer to get pass the password security on my verizon router. They finally created a new wireless network connection so I could use the device. Once I had the help of a programmer all went smoothly. If you are a novice don't waste time and just contact the Netgear help line and let them assist you.

Met our needs

This purchase solved the problem. Nice features such as two directional antennas, and two different wifi channels. The best feature is once set up you can unplug and reposition to find the location that works best without having to reprogram

Never worked right

I set it up properly and it worked for a few days and then all of a sudden it just stopped working and I had to re set it up every few days. I had enough of it so I just returned it.

They just say to connect through the wps button. This didn't work as planned. I needed to use the netgear app on my phone to set this up. If you don't know how to setup a router this might be too complicated for you.
