The Boost My Home Office Needed
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The extender was kind of a pain to set up but once I got it going it greatly enhanced the internet in my home office. The office is at the end of a hall. I put the extender on an outlet part of the way down the hall and the internet connection is 100% improved.

Serves its purpose
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the money it just about serves the intended purpose. I am sure there are better ones to consider though, if you are willing to spend a little more.

Nothing about it works
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Put simply, it would not work. The app that it tells you to install to get it working is a buggy mess that doesn't recognize when I'm connected to my network which halts the entire process. I tried setting up manually but that still yielded no results. It kept having the error that it could not connect to the router. I even tried using the factory reset button on the side and that didn't do anything but turn the stupid thing on and off again; it kept all the settings it had when i pushed the reset button. Maybe i was unlucky and got a faulty one but it's been nothing but stress since we got it.

Works as intended.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an older version of this that finally gave up the ghost. Bought this to replace it. The last one I used as an extender but this one I set up as a wired access point and it works better for the location I am trying to get coverage to. Would recommend to anyone for the price you pay for it

Actually works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was nervous to get this item at first, but after trying it out for the first time I was happy that it worked very well. It is not as fast as you would normally have like as if you were connected to the original wireless connection, but it does expand the coverage in the home and allows you to get wifi to your device.
