Works Good in Basement

Great Christmas gift for a gamer

Considering he is farthest away from the WiFi router we got this for him to increase his bandwidth. Needless to say he was very happy with his gift and has seen an immediate improvement.

This works way better and things with wifi can link to it for a better connection. If you have a dead corner, get this to extend your coverage and get a switch to give Internet to anything without wifi since it has an Ethernet plug in.

Awsome! Works better than expected

Live in a 2 level condo and the wifi signal wasn't getting thru the concrete and steel to the 2nd floor. Took a bit to get it set up as the instructions didn't mirror what their website asked but was well worth the effort.

I have had good experience with Netgear in the past so I decided to get a better model. Definitely worth it.. So far no resets, and a much longer range.

Great for my Ethernet IP phone

I returned it as it did not enhance my wifi signal

It was easy to install adn the literature and instructions were easy to follow. however, It did not increase the speed at all. It is probably not the device problem but the Comcast signal and the way the condo is laid out . Essential I know that NETGEAR makes wonderful products.

I had buffering on the TV and periodically would still buffer after this purchase. All proper green lights were on signalling I had it placed in the right location. Set up was not fun and it still doesn't not connect to the app all the time. Look for a different extender.
