Easy and effective
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a dead spot in my house where wireless service was poor. The Best Buy associate spent a fair amount of time with me to understand the problem and discuss possible solutions. I ended up buying this range extender - it was easy to set up and solved the problem.

Worth the Cost
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our old Netgear extender died, and now I'm glad it did. This newer, improved version really allows us to connect everywhere in the house. Our house isn't large, but is older and has solid thick walls that seemed to interfere with our older model.

Programming is difficult
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When setting up the 2 channels, there was no chance to check/recheck the password. I fat fingered the first one, and now can't get into that channel at all because the password is denied.

Good security camera to start out with
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a security camera to view outside the home from the house. Did not want anything mounted on the outside walls. Camera had good angle views and was clear to see distance.

Excellent Choice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to setup and works exactly as needed. However, the Nighthawk software seemed to create some weird problems and I had to uninstall the app from my smart phone. Once that was done the application using the extender worked significant better.
