My 17 year old son constantly complained that his WiFi wasn’t strong enough. Considering he is farthest away from the WiFi router we got this for him to increase his bandwidth. Needless to say he was very happy with his gift and has seen an immediate improvement.

the connection is stronger now, but when connected through wifi, its significantly slower than the connection from my provider

Helped me improve my ring camera’s Performance. I was getting weak WiFi! I would recommend this product to my friends and family.

The range extender is working perfectly for us it allows us to use our devices through out the house without the dead spots we had before we purchased the range extender

It will extend your wifi overage over an existing router, but know that when extending with a device like this one that it will slow down your speed of your wifi

We were having trouble keeping a good wi-fi signal. We had replaced everything we could with no luck We bought the extender and have not had any trouble since.

I installed and and used it to try to enhance my wifi signal in my condo. It was easy to install adn the literature and instructions were easy to follow. however, It did not increase the speed at all. It is probably not the device problem but the Comcast signal and the way the condo is laid out . Essential I know that NETGEAR makes wonderful products.

I purchased this extender because the existing wi-fi in our home was not reaching our master bedroom. This works great and we are now able to get the wi-fi with no issues. The only comment I have is that the set up was little complicated as we had to do through it a computer. Other than this it was a good price for what we needed.

Product worked as designed. Had a little trouble during setup on mobile initially when trying to confirm the connection, but eventually figured it out. The included instructions could've been a bit more thorough.

Got just I was looking for, easy to install in minutes

I needed this range extender for things I use outdoors. Works really good.

We were having difficulty receiving wifi service on multiple devices in our two-story house through our internet provider. This Netgear device has corrected this problem!

Was hoping this would really boost my WiFi speeds on my computer and a TV that are literally opposite floors and the house, and opposite ends of the house. I had buffering on the TV and periodically would still buffer after this purchase. All proper green lights were on signalling I had it placed in the right location. Set up was not fun and it still doesn't not connect to the app all the time. Look for a different extender.

i bought this item because it was recommended to me but i have not been able to make work for me yet. Probably need more instruction.

Our signal has improved in rooms next to the unit, but the connection still stalls at times. Log-ins are sometimes challenging.

Got an apartment with wifi but it barely reaches the bedroom. Got this lil guy set up in the bathroom and it functions perfectly!

I purchased some outdoor wireless/wifi security cameras but when I installed them I realized that the cameras could not connect to the wifi due to the distance from the router (upstairs bedroom). I did my research and found out that I needed a wifi extender so I purchased this one and it works great!

I installed this Range Extender on my lake cabin screened porch in order to extend wireless range so we could use our devices on our pier and outdoor seating areas. It has successfully done its job. iPhones, iPads and MacBooks all receive strong connectivity throughout our property.

wasn't effective in our house--returned. Acknowledge problem could be site, not product specific.

It's a great extender, we have rare issues when it doesn't want to work, but that's due to the brick and concrete for our structure limiting it
