Easy to install. Wi-Fi boost has been marginal. It doesn't not work.

Have been using this for several weeks now and it is great. No more dead spots in the living room downstairs - router is upstairs in our bedroom. Only pet peeve is that we need to log into the extended WiFi network to use it as it doesn't "extend" the range of the original network.

This extender is perfect for adding more wifi coverage to your home. But what I really like is theirs a swtich on the side of it that allows you too make. It an additional access point which is what I am using it for currently.

I tried to use it outside by the pool and would keep dropping connection. But Inside did great.

We had spotty reception due to our router being located in the basement and with this plugged in upstairs we have great reception.

Bought this hoping to boost WiFi signal at an outside security camera. Did not change signal strength or transfer rates no matter where I placed the Extender. I had a fair WiFi signal at camera without the Extender, but was hoping for a better signal. Since it is an Range Extender, might have been worth keeping if I had low or no signal to boost. Returned to Best Buy with no hassles.

Bought this to extend the wi-fi range in my basement. Works but wish I would’ve bought one with a longer range.

I purchased this extender to put upstairs. My router is downstairs and both desktops are upstairs. The printers are also upstairs and frequently dropped offline before purchasing the extender. Problem solved!

I love this printer but did have trouble getting the connection to wireless working wish HP would put more help out there for that.

It works ok, mostly line of sight. Good for extending a signal, just be aware of solid. thick walls or obstructions.

I bought a new incline trainer which needed more bandwidth a floor above my wireless router. This did the trick perfectly.

Set up easy. Seems to have solved our dead spot. I’m happy.

Good quality device. Installation was a bit more complicated than, but over all worth it.

If you’re in the market for a budget WiFi extender that looks like a Jetson’s era robot with its robo arms held high for a stickup, you’ve found it. I bought these so that our outside lights (WiFi enables) could pick up our WiFi signal and dazzle our neighborhood with Electro-Christmas visual joy. Worth every penny spent. As long as you don’t have to look at it.

This product works great if hardwired to an access point as a wifi repeater not so much.

Might need to check strength every now and then. You might also need to switch networks when you move from router to extender range.

I was having a problem with the Wi-Fi especially while playing PlayStation kept losing the connection purchase this product haven’t had any problems since. I highly recommend it.

In a 4-story house (from basement to 3rd floor), our router/modem was in the basement where the cable entered the house. We first tried this Range Extender on the 2nd floor, then the 3rd floor -- but we never found it to make a difference in wifi's speed or signal strength when on the 3rd floor. The same was true when we recently added a 2nd router/modem on the 2nd floor -- the Extender made no difference.

The Netgear wifi extender works great. My in-laws have an RV out back and it picks up our wifi from the house. They use a Roku stick to stream and they needed faster wifi. This worked perfect and is easy to set up to your existing network.
