It extends the range of wifi with lower speeds. Good for basements or garages away from the router..

Set it all up, worked for a day then stopped working. Wifi speed is back to where it was before purchase and I'm $70 poorer.

The product was a little harder to set up than I thought but after I had it up and running it seems to be doing what it said it would.

Don’t know what I would’ve done without this unit, was advised by my internet provider that I was covered and I wasn’t. This has made it possible to reach further than my garage.

Our kids were having trouble getting good reception in our basement. After installing this, their wireless experience improved greatly.

This is the second extender that we have bought. Lightning knocked out the other. Our wireless isn't quite strong enough to make it to the far bedroom and this placed in the hall about half way between does its job. Super easy set up.

Simple unit seems to work well if you have like product to match to.

It only extended the signal it got in location needed which was weak to begin with. I exchanged it for a router vs range extender

Router location prevented total connectivity, this product solved problem with total security and ease of installation.

I live in a house where everybody is renting a room. The internet is in somebody else's room and I live in the opposite side of the house. I bought this to boost up there signal, which it did... for 4 days. After that, I would connect and it would say "connected without internet". I reset it, same problem. Maybe I got a bad one? It works while it works

We purchased this product not being sure if it would work as proMoses. But let me tell you that this small device it sure delivered and worked as promised, I definitely recommended .

Is in basement and router is in attic but still works, though only being used for low-band width communication

Although the steps for setting up are pretty straightforward, it still took a couple of tries to get things to work properly. Not sure if it's configuration of the house or not, but I'm not really getting a stronger signal once installed. Also find that the extender keeps dropping the link to wifi network - again not sure if it is problem on the wifi network end or the extender end.

Works fine. Good Range. Does not increase capacity or speed of existing router just range. My router limits its ability.

setup was kinda confusing but after a headache or two it worked just as expected

It works okay. It is not the best, but not the worst. We do not use it frequently.

This item was returned as it did not greatly improve wireless to the back of the house. May be time to upgrade my router itself.

Purchased this to increase the range of a family members internet - ATT Uverse. Worked fine.

It's definitely worth the price, just don't expect to get the same signal you receive from base WiFi unit.
