Helps in boosting Wi-Fi strength in the house after issue with spotty connections with devices

This is a very good network extender. There is an ethernet outlet if an auxiliary device lacks wifi. I use it in my basement as a wireless bridge to attach a sling box (the unit lacks wifi) to the router and get better internet coverage.

We bought this when we moved into our new house realizing our signal wasn’t reaching to the back of the house where our nursery was bought this and it works fantastic!! Would absolutely recommend.

Used this to improve the connection for my uncle's Chrome-cast. Easy setup and connection is solid. He is able to stream 1080p / 8mbps Plex movies on his chrome-cast without issue due to the solid 5ghz connection.

The wifi was terrible through our cable provider in certain parts of the house. The wifi range extender definitely worked for us. The Internet works great in all rooms now. Definitely would recommend this item to anyone!

Not real easy to set up once you figure it out it works pretty good

I have this on the opposite side of the house. It has its own wifi connection so if you are, lets say closer to this bad boy instead of your main wifi/router, you must go to wifi on your phone and manually connect to it.

Once we were able to syncronize this with our desktop computer (which was more difficult than we expected) the results were worth it. We can now logon to our wifi in the basement which is where the kids needed it to do their homework.

Extends wi-fi signal in my house, just not to furthest corners. Still makes wi-fi better in the places we use it most.

Took about 5 mins total to setup and was active and working great. Would recommend this to anyone needing extra range. Great for directional situations where you need to go around large obstructions in your home.

I think this extender works pretty well for my house. I needed internet to reach from one side of house to my bedroom on other side. With this I do notice a big difference in the internet coverage back in my room.

The Wi-Fi extender works good for the configuration of my apartment.

needed an extension in my basement for my 3 level house. I already have a great netgear router and this extender is as or more powerful than that. worth every penny.

My son-in-law plugged in the wi-fi extender and activated it on my computer, since I am not a techie. I needed something to boost wi-fi reception on the 2nd floor of our house, and this Netgear device works well.

My internet signal used to be spotty in my bedroom. I would get so frustrated and just shut off my laptop in exasperation! But that is all over now. The Netgear wi-if extender has brought the calm back into my life!

Took it out of the box, read the instructions (yes, you don't have to wait until all else fails), and plugged it in.

Very happy with this WiFi range extender. Works great and was very easy to set up. I’m not tech savvy at all and I just followed the step by step instructions that came in the box.
