No good product

DONT contact Geek World to fix your NetGeer

The directions guide you to websites that are suppose to help. NOT! My computer is still a mess after being threatened by GeekWorld and multiple viruses or trogans downloaded. 2 visits to the Geek Squad at Best Buy have still not totally fixed the problems.

Wi=Fi Range Ext - Creates new _ext

I'm not a networking guru, but creating a MIMO Mesh network was better than creating a separate _ext on my existing network. Albeit more expensive. So I ended up returning this and purchasing 2 Google Wi-Fi access points which create 1 network and makes my life a whole lot easier.

Needed better 2nd floor WiFi
