Easy to install and solved our problem

Returning for refund. NOT easy or simple to use

NOT!! I am no techie, but have successfully set up my Cisco router and home PCS, printers, etc. This gadget required more IT knowledge than I have -- and I will be returning it for a refund. Spent 2 hours downloading the NETGEAR app, watching videos online, and tried to get support ("just a phone call away". . . though there is no phone number listed!) Extremely frustrating process. Don't advertise that this can be hooked up in minutes. That is not the case.
