Causing some problems

Ordinary and not very powerful

When I connect to this range extender from the basement, the connection is awful. This "range" isn't impressive. I do like the ability to hardware a device to the extender.

Technically, I'm not as thrilled. Received conflicting set-up instructions between Netgear and cable company. Time will tell if it was worth my investment.
