Causing some problems

Nightmare to get working

Very hard to find a phone number to call and so many fake websites. Geek squad was no help. On top of it all you only have 14 days to return to Best buy and Netgear will not refund your money. I spent 5 hrs on the phone with Netgear and a very frustrating language barrier, never got it to work. Called Spectrum another hour on the phone, router reset and it works - sorta!

Does what it should
