    Extender isn’t very effective. It seems to have connectivity issues and loses connection to the router frequently.

    installation was a headache. provided website didn't automatically connect and didn't "exist" when typed in manually. Only after 3 contacts with Netgear tech support did they correctly diagnose the problem. Signed into the website through the devices MAC address and was able to connect. Now I have three networks in the house. One original and two from the extended. Depending on where you're at in the house you have to switch between the original and one of the extended networks in order to get the strongest signal. That seems somewhat odd, so still not sure if it's hooked up right or not!
