    Does not reach too far. Okay if used in an unobstructed office area. If longer range is needed you will need a different product. It should state a distance range.

    I have this extender plugged directly into my Ethernet cable, but even with a consistent and strong source the extender doesn't always produce consistent WIFI access.

    I had hoped this would increase the range from my router to my blue ray but it did not help. I ended up taking it back and buying a more powerful router and am happy with the results.
