I tested my laptop in two different places for download and upload speeds, including very near the TV and this item just added about 1 Mb/sec in either location. I still can't get Netflix on my smart TV even though the app is there. I can get 4-5 other apps to work just fine. I'm thinking the problem is with the TV but really not sure.
