OK for money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product works 70% if the time for me. I have to reset it and turn it off every 3 to 4 days. Sad, but it was my only option due to budget constraints.

Super Weird Customer Support
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A really weird experience. Called Netgear Customer Support for help. Jeremy Ben wanted to remote into my PC to try to help. In the process, he tells me bad guys have been accessing my PC, and I needed to delete a number of executable files (and, of course, there would be expense). Seemed like a come on for gaining a broad customer support customer. Basically, I didn’t like the smell of this. Called AVG, my antivirus and general protection vendor; they remoted in, and advised that the problems Netgear identified were not problems (Netgear customer support never got to talking about installing its product). Sooooo, be careful. I returned the Netgear extender and bought a Linksys extender. Best Buy handled perfectly. Great work, Best Buy!!!
