I was using it to extend my network in my apartment but didn’t seem to do a good job

This is a mediocre product at best. Speeds are slowed way down if it works at all and range is terrible.

This device had decent reviews. I was aware that although the signal would extend, it may thin out strength. What I didn't expect was that it can't be placed that far from the original modem. Any outlet past 7 ft, and it shows 'red' meaning it's too far. And it frequently goes in and out of wifi. The only reason I'm keeping it, is because it's past the return date, and it does at least extend to the bedroom TV.

This is an "ok" product. I would recommend something that can extend farther than you need, as there is signal loss for various reasons.

We were having difficulty picking up a good internet signal down in our basement, installed this gadget and have not seen a huge difference yet.

It was easy to install, and has a great range of reception.

Hard to set up, doesn’t catch the full wifi connection. Always have to re enter wifi.

Worked well for the first few uses didn’t pay attention to the range when purchasing

This works great and we use is for a pretty good distance.

I have one of these at home, and needed one at my office as well. However, we could not get it to work, even with tech assistance from the manufacturer. Because we’re in a fast-paced business, we didn’t get to resolve the issue within the 15 day return period allowed by Best Buy. I was told that I would need to work this out with the manufacturer. I guess I’m stuck. The moral of the story is to always read the fine print.

The extender is easy to use and gets the job done!

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t work but when it works it works pretty good.

WOULDN'T LINK TO MY ROUTER, HAD TO RETURN. BOUGHT A DLINK EXTENDER INSTEAD. WORKED JUST FINE.

I see a little difference, but not much. The signal still breaks up now and then.

We had to be within a certain range of the main router to get a signsl but once there it worked grest.

I used it to hook a printer up wirelessly and it worked well. Nothing great or bad about this unit. It did what it was suppose to

In the room I installed it in I was surprised it did not provide much additional coverage in that same room.

Not so much difference with what I wanted . But I guess it worked ok
