Tried the set up genie and manually input network information several times and have had zero success. I'll be returning this for sure.

Hard to set up, doesn’t catch the full wifi connection. Always have to re enter wifi.

This range extender did not work for me. Tried it before I moved and after. Still did not change anything.

I have one of these at home, and needed one at my office as well. However, we could not get it to work, even with tech assistance from the manufacturer. Because we’re in a fast-paced business, we didn’t get to resolve the issue within the 15 day return period allowed by Best Buy. I was told that I would need to work this out with the manufacturer. I guess I’m stuck. The moral of the story is to always read the fine print.

This wi-fi extender was not a good fit for us. Though it may work for you.

This Wifi extender worked for me and its not too long of increase of coverage it drops connection a lot but it works ok

Worked great for 2-3 days, then it slowed down the whole internet, even in areas that were previously covered. I had to shut it off unordered for the WiFi to work properly again. Couldn’t return it, because it was past the 14 days when I got to it

Not sure what it’s supposed to do. Still can’t get wi-fi in bedroom

This piece of junk made my life worse than before. constantly disconnects all my devices. Doesn't recognize my 5G network. When it does work, its very slow. I should have brought it back immediately. I'm sorry I let Netgear have my money. I have set up wifi extenders in the past, this is just not worth it.

I thought it would hook up a little easier than it actually did. I'll know more after we have the product for a while.

Works perfectly so what else can i say. very good.

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t work but when it works it works pretty good.

I see a little difference, but not much. The signal still breaks up now and then.

Helped to extend the wifi in the house. Easy setup

Really didnt extend the range at all. Linked it into my router and had the exact same bars of wifi signal as before

Does not work nearly as well as promised. The signal was extended but is very, very weak and unreliable.

I think it might my home which is a split level. Didn’t notice a big difference in the signal strength.

This is probably a great product, however, we literally live on a mountain with very bad reception for WiFi.
