Hard to connect

It will not connect to our router at all. Then the chat person had someone call me. I couldn't understand a word he said. Obviously in another country. Then from what I could understand, he wanted access to my computer.

Easy to set up because of the sister App. Does not drop signal. I bought a previous wifi extender from linksys and it was not working, so I was expecting this device to be flawed. Turns out it is really really good! Definitely recommend.

Great Paperweight

Doesn't recognize my 5G network. When it does work, its very slow. I should have brought it back immediately. I'm sorry I let Netgear have my money. I have set up wifi extenders in the past, this is just not worth it.
