Won't Connect

Not so good

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was very frustrating and time consuming trying to get this thing to connect to my WiFi using manufacturer instructions. When it did finally connect, it was unsecured. Meaning someone could access my WiFi through it without a password. This is NOT what the instructions said should happen. I tried everything. Also, the signal was so weak that there was nowhere I could put it in my house that would make it useful. My regular router was far beyond it. That being said, hats off to Netgear for making a DURABLE product. I threw it against the wall in frustration and put a rectangular hole in my drywall but this thing was completely unfazed.

Wifi range extender

Still needed help

Good Product

Took 3 hours to work

Then after about 1 week it caused my router to disconnect from devices. Only way I figured that this device was causing it is when I unplugged it all my devices connected back to the router and all was well. So decided. I will have a weak single instead of no network! Returned!
