I got a notice from my internet provider that I had committed copyright infringement and I didn’t do it so I disconnected and have not used again. Maybe coincidence but not taking any chances

Horrible customer service and long wait times.

Company admits there are problems with this and several settings require changing from the factory preset settings. The unit, once set up, doesn't do to good. I still might return for another model or maybe a different brand. I would not recommend this product. Only works part time.
