Still Trying

The tab or link was not there. Still working on getting the devise to work. Otherwise, Best Buy was great, had the device a day ahead of schedule. Not that it helped, but hey...

DOESN'T WORK VERY WELL FOR ME

Unfortunately, the extender was very hard to install and works sporadically. I am not very satisfied, after spending $70 for this.

If you're a computer geek and/or techie, you may find it easier. But for casual Internet users like me, the directions sucked. At times, the screen shots in directions did not match up with website they make you use to install.

Waste of time and money

Wifi is spotty, always disconnecting, on top of that, the NightHawk app is even more frustrating. I just spent an hour with NetGear support, trying to log into the app to manage my devices. It took me around in circles on the app, and even with the assistance of customer service, it would cycle right back to setting up a new device. I will never purchase a NetGear product again.

Does not work w/ATT

Once connected it would make the TVs go in and out and it wouldn't hold a connection. Had to return it.
