Still Trying
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I followed the instructions, but when it came to the Netgear Website portion that's where I stopped. The tab or link was not there. Still working on getting the devise to work. Otherwise, Best Buy was great, had the device a day ahead of schedule. Not that it helped, but hey...

Works fine...setup is lousy.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The unit itself works ok in a small space. But the set up directions are horrendous. If you're a computer geek and/or techie, you may find it easier. But for casual Internet users like me, the directions sucked. At times, the screen shots in directions did not match up with website they make you use to install.

Ehhh
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Set it up yesterday and it worked fine. Today I get nothing. Tried to reset and nothing. Best Buy wouldn’t even help me with the purchase so I’m sure they won’t help me troubleshoot the issue. On the way back for return. Wasted time.

Open verdict
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Manged to connect fairly easily. But just kept dropping signal. Rest mulitple times and in the end gave up and returned. My router is good and doesn't drop often. It could be a had a faulty unit and might try this or another brand.
