Didn't work. I returned it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It wouldn't sync to my router via WiFi per instructions so I tried to do it per instructions via browser to Netgear. I connected to the Netgear website once and followed the prompts without success, and when I tried it again (and again) using the same URL I just got server-not-found messages. I'm no rocket scientist, but if the Netgear instructions don't work for me, I don't think they'll work for 95% of computer owners.

Can't penetrate through my thick walls

WiFi extension

I was having a very difficult time getting it to work we tried to troubleshoot anything we could think of. The only thing they could suggest is that it wasn't getting a strong enough WiFi signal. They recommended that I get the Netgear WiFi extender. However upon purchase and use I found no difference in my WiFi distribution.
