Can't penetrate through my thick walls

I connected to the Netgear website once and followed the prompts without success, and when I tried it again (and again) using the same URL I just got server-not-found messages. I'm no rocket scientist, but if the Netgear instructions don't work for me, I don't think they'll work for 95% of computer owners.

Doesn't work above that stalled entire network

Still watched videos from Doesn't work at all. Above that it stalled entire network. The main wifi router went into red on WPS and had to reset and reboot my IP's router. This is going back to BB.

WiFi extension

I was having a very difficult time getting it to work we tried to troubleshoot anything we could think of. The only thing they could suggest is that it wasn't getting a strong enough WiFi signal. They recommended that I get the Netgear WiFi extender. However upon purchase and use I found no difference in my WiFi distribution.
