Not worth the money

Wish I had done more research

The rep asked me who was my service provider and I told them. So this individual recommended this product, so I ordered it. Had it for about a week and I am not happy because it does not appear to have improved my wifi deadzone issues as mentioned to the rep.

Unable to connect

I was able to complete the first several steps but in the final connection step is always failed. Had someone else try as well inc are I was doing something wrong. Since it was literally sitting next to my modem while trying to set up, there should not have been an issue. It was returned and the next one did fine.

Causes IP address crashes

Too long. 2) During the "quick setup" process I had to create yet another account for a single product. I don't want an account with NetGear. I don't want more spam email. I don't want another password to remember. 3) I get frequent IP address crashes.
