Disappointed.

Thats right, i tried 2 different phones. Iphone 6 and the galaxy s7 edge plus an ipad mini and galaxy tab. Every single time I'd get to that same step in the setup process and would not allow to go any further. After 3 hours i finally decided to return it and go with something else.

Big hassle

Not worth it

Would not recommend, the app loses connection as well, so I have to disconnect the device from power and reboot constantly. I think I've reset it a dozen times.

Not What We Thought

Went to exchange it and couldn’t because of Covid! We have it plugged in about ten feet from our WiFi equipment, we moved our equipment! Not certain either is working well.

Not as good as the salesperson indicated.

I was told per salesperson it would enhance my wifi signal; however, I'm going to return the item to Best Buy for unsatisfactory performance!!! My wifi worked better without this item and I had no interference while watching a movie on firestick. Now I do and it is so upsetting!!
