Buy the more expensive one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this and since I connected now my other devices that are not connected to it have problems connecting to the internet and no better signal for those that are connected. I unplug it and no connection issue. Even check the connection online and with the cable provider and theirs no issue with my connections. I hate it and would return it if I could.

Disappointed

Can't say that it helped the signal at all. Got zero product support from Best Buy with this purchase. I don't know if I bought the right booster or not but I couldn't use the credit card machine where I wanted to.

Terrible

This should be by default if it DC's that it automatically reconnects, I should not have to factory reset everytime.

I called Netgear to see if they could help me and they said NO!!... WTF!!... they will not help because I have to pay a fee for them to help me fix the issue, I got so mad that i will never buy another Netgear product again! I ended up buying a LINKSYS way better.

Defected unit.

Brought it back to BestBuy at Montebellow for exchange,but they told me that unit have 14 days for returns and exchange only. They said that i have to contact netgear for RMA. i was so angry and thrown this unit in the trash can outside the badtbuy.

It appears that it is assumed everyone has the tech knowledge to make this work. Sadly, not true. I am sure that this product works as intended when properly installed but the directions need to begin from the most basic steps. If that is not possible, then it should not be considered simple to install.
