Terrible piece of equipment.

The only way to get any of the devices back on, was to disconnect the "extender" . Was hooked up after the time that was allowed to return it to Best Buy, so I wasted my money.

Horrible Wi-Fi extender
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this Wi-Fi extender to reach the parts of my basement that were a blind spot from my wireless router and was disappointed and frustrated with the product after numerous attempts to activate it along with contacting three different customer service representative and with numerous failed attempts with them I finally gave up and returned it.

Spent over 2 hours on the phone (mostly on hold), could hardly understand the person. Couldn't get it to work, I had to pay to send it back. New one works intermittently, wont connect most of the time.

Virtually impossible to connect t5o wifi

Also tried reaching tech support ... was on eternal hold ... never spoke to anyone ... still in the box and probably too late to return. Very disappointing

Bad product

This was so difficult to setup and it did not connect to anything I owned. Even the netgear customer service was bad too!. I did not want anything todo with this anymore so I returned it and asked netgear to removed my information with them.

Doesn't work like they said it would.

It has not increased the speed of the internet connection and while viewing videos, I still get waiting time for video to load. It has not helped the situation at all. Money down the drain.

I use ACL control on the router and could NOT figure out how to get the extender to join the network. Probably just me because I've been very happy with my other netgear products for, literally, years.
