    Its not a very good extender. It couldn't even extend to my bedroom in my small apartment. I put the money out for something better. You get what you pay for.

    I wanted to extend our wifi throughout our house and these were much weaker than expected. I returned it the same day I bought it as it was pretty useless.

    bought this to extend and strengthen the signal. Sadly the signal got worse and this unit was a total waste of money

    The instructions to set it up were simple to follow. The signal strength where I put it was solid green, all bars. So why did I have to call their tech support? For some reason I could not get on to the Internet. So after resetting the unit and reentering the necessary data with no luck I called. I explained the situation telling them the wifi signal was getting to the laptop, but that was it. All they did was have me repeat the reinstall process twice (same results, plenty of signal, no internet). Then when I told the second person I'm going to return the unit, he had the audacity to get mad at me. After 2 hours of fighting with these yokels from India, I decided to give google a try. Typed in my problem and sure enough there was a web site dealing with my same issue. Followed the instructions, solved the problem. If only these so-called tech experts had me go to network properties and click on it, would have discovered it merely was the IPv4 switch not set to find automatically, set it, saved and closed the window and now it works perfectly. The only reason it got 4 stars would be due to the bad tech support that I would give ZERO stars to.

    I wouldn't recommend this item to be honest. You would have to have 200- 300mps for this to function properly. If u have 100mps and below don't waste ur time

    I been trying to set it up for 2 weeks and each time my computer will not sync with device. When I tried to call customer service I placed on hold for over 15 minutes.

    Spend a little extra and buy and Ero system. I was right next to this thing and could not get a signal

    Would not work with pk5000 modem

    I tried everything that was suggested and could not get unit to connect to my pk5000 modem. I took it back and got a Linksys AC1200. Works great.

    Worked great at first then after a couple weeks you have to unplug it and plug it back in every 2 or 3 days to get it to work again!

    It didnt work out for me. I was hoping it would give me signal in my masters bedroom but it was still weak.
