No internet connection

The retirn or exchange through bestbuy expired and have to pay shipping ging back to netgear SUCKS! You can see wifi but no internet connection. Tried firmware update and resetting it but not working.

Just Didn't Work

Tried short way, long way and nothing worked. Finally came to the conclusion that I am not a moron. This thing just doesn't work. Frustrating.
