Netgear Wi-Fi Extender

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After my old Netgear device would know longer connect to my wi-fi I decided to purchase another similar unit. This extender was relatively easy to set up through the app that they tell you about in the instruction manual. (Took about 10 minutes for everything to come together & now I have great internet signal at the other end of my ranch style house. This unit works great & there is Know need to purchase the other more expensive units. Save yourself some money and start with this, you can always return it if it’s not for you.

Works pretty well

I haven’t had any major issues, no disconnects or anything like that. The range isn’t fantastic but it works for what I need it for. My main router is downstairs and I use the extender for upstairs. It works all throughout my upper floor, loses range or gets a really weak signal when I go downstairs. The setup is also simple. Overall not bad.

Good range and dependable signal

This new one has been much more dependable and has not needed to be constantly reset and power-cycled, which was why I finally dumped the old one. Plus, this has the nice feature of plugging directly to an outlet, without having to use a cord and needing a flat space to set it.

Very easy to get running.

The whole process took about 5 minuets and the signal is extremely powerful to run devices where wifi was not previously available.
