I placed the extender in an outlet at the top of the stairs between these two locations. Connection to the existing router was quick and easy and there is a noticeable increase in signal strength at the far end. Connection reliability has improved since I installed this device.

Range extender works great

It was on the other side of the chimney and could not get a signal to it. She plugged this into the wall socket in her room and was able to pick up the signal for her laptop.

I believe the 750mhz is too higyh and wouldn't make link with router-lower speeds i thought it could backtrack from a lower level up to 700?Mhz yet isnt so flor setup, easy enough though just pair it with button press router. suggested as Netgear is wonderfull product!
