Great boost for odd areas of my house

Works great for my needs

Good product, but has limitations

I wanted a range extender to give my ring cameras a boost. I'd recommend using it for dedicated (immobile) devices. My phone and tablet get poor reception in places where the native wifi and the extender network compete for my device's attention.

My router is very powerful as it is. The extender was placed on the 3rd level of my home to ensure that I have a balanced network throughout, especially for streaming content. I recommend that read the install instructions carefully and experiment with its placement for efficient performance.

Good Wi-Fi booster

Great product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was going to buy a powerline Adapter because the WiFi in my room dropped out constantly, but my friend who works at BestBuy recommended I get this instead. My room is right down the hall so I have it plugged into an outlet between the living room and my room and it works great. Setup was very easy; the instructions were great at showing you what to do. I haven't tried the gigabit port yet but I plan on using that for my PS4.
