However, after a few days of operation it seemed to lock up and completely block all WiFi traffic in the house. Had to reboot the device to return to normal functionality, but the problem seems to be reoccurring. Must be a bug.

Bought a new 4K TV and basically Netflix was unusable as my wireless router downstairs provided too low of a signal. Plug the extender in the outlet and then made sure the computer and TV was using the extender signal and, voila, a much faster speed.

Difficult to Set Up

I had to watch a video on YouTube for troubleshooting procedures because I could not get the extender to connect. Hopefully, you wont encounter the same issue as I did. James M.

Gets the Job Done!

Unfortunately the new gateway did not do as good of a job at providing WIFI to some areas of my house. However, installing the Netgear WIFI extender took care of this issue and now I have great coverage.

Not as good as we hoped
