Good product, but has limitations

I wanted a range extender to give my ring cameras a boost. I'd recommend using it for dedicated (immobile) devices. My phone and tablet get poor reception in places where the native wifi and the extender network compete for my device's attention.

Easy to install

Wifi Range Extender AC750 Is Great

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have an older home, lots of plaster walls, so even our great router can't send enough signal to give us decent wifi in half our home. So, we added two of these. It really makes a difference - put one downstairs and one upstairs. We tried using it as a WAP but having to use a different wifi channel is annoying, so I tried it just as a range extender and that gives us great signal in the previously unreached areas. Took the signal from about -75dBm (nearly useless) to -35 to -40dBm (great). It also made it possible for us to have a smart doorbell. So happy we got this!

Connection Concern

I had to watch a video on YouTube for troubleshooting procedures because I could not get the extender to connect. Hopefully, you wont encounter the same issue as I did. James M.
