Great product if you planing to use it in the house, to extend range through the house, but not very big range if you planing to extend it outside of the house.

I have connections problems with this item. Drops calls, and most of all failed to stay online while playing games online.

Hoped this would boost my dsl download speed, but it did not. Does help boost wifi signal in big houses.

I got this to reach farther rooms in my house. It works ok. Sometimes internet stops working and I'm not sure why.

At first I had thought it still wasn't helping, but after a day of it being hooked up, it did have an improvement on the 2.4 network, but the 5 still didn't have much of an increase as far as signal. Overall the product did extend the range of the wifi, I just didn't like having to connect to the extension instead of the actual main network. Overall not bad for the price

The device does help extend your wifi and ours now reaches much further than it did. Only complaint is instead of it truly extending your existing network it creates a new network so you have to have your device switch to the new network and sometimes it won't because it's still receiving the original network signal even though that one is much weaker than the extended one.

Both from my research into options and from using it after I purchased this product, I found that when you need a range extender for your home, this is a pretty good one. Easy to set up -- the instructions walk you through it step by step. And then it keeps working. If there is some power issue in your home, it is easy to reset if necessary. If you need it in a different place, it can be moved easily. It allows uninterrupted device usage for spaces not near our router.

Purchased because our 2.4ghz/5.0ghz router was not producing a strong enough signal to go from the back to the front of a 1600 sq ft house with plaster walls.

Our router is on one end of the house so we needed something to boost the coverage to the other end of the house. This range extender works great and is very easy to set up.

Definitely worth the price, improved our speed to our xbox by a ton! & we have a lot of things hooked to our router. this made it easy to make our xbox priority

I have a pretty low-strength FiOS router/wifi-AP setup in the downstairs but following the simple setup instructions I was able to get very good signal strength and throughput throughout my house. Like others state, this is not for setting up a mesh network (i.e. you'll effectively be connecting to another wifi network name) but the extra latency added (since this creates an extra hop between your device and your network) is honestly very negligible for most tasks, especially for streaming services that don't really get affected by added latency (again different than throughput).

Not sure about the device. I feel like it made a better connection sometimes But not 100% of the time

I have no complaints. Easy to install. Cleared up my dead zones. Awesome.

This product works well, in a small to medium size house. I have my wifi router in the living room but the signal is weaker in the back of my house. To help extend the signal I purchased this product and now I get a strong signal in the back of my house, which actually includes the back yard!

Simple to install. Works as advertised. Has a good wi-fi range. Highly recommended.

The dual band extender works great with my dual band router modem and allows me to have Directv dedicated to one band and have the family utilize the other. Combined with 50 Mbps Cox internet everyone is happy now. The extender now allows the bedroom area of the house to utilize the internet.

This was exactly as it is advertised. Five minute setup with zero hiccups. Works flawlessly and cured the dead spots in my house.

This wifi extender was very easy to install and is working for our purposes. We just use it for web browsing and using our work computers.

Needed a little more range and this extender did the job. Had fitbit scales that wouldn't work in bedroom. The extender made it work with out moving it.

Very easy to set-up. Only took me about 5 minutes. Very fast and reliable. Mine is placed about 150 ft away from the router with 3 devices hooked up to the extender. Hasn't failed me yet.
