(router on the second floor) It does require you to pick the appropriate network source (main or extender) depending on your location. Main goal was to improve video streaming to TV's.

It is working great we can now get a signal in every room. Our modem is at the back of the house so previously we had spotty connection at the front of the house. The product is worth the money.

Doin facetime on my iphone before in my room keeps on reconnecting every now and then but now after installing this device i cant remember having a low signal in my room.

I say hardly because I did have to return one with a manufacture issue. Easy to install and great to use

GReat for Boosting Wifi

I bought one right away. Is is easy to get set-up and it works great. A bonus for my kids who do a lot of homework from up in their rooms.
