Setup was super easy. I love that the outdoor cameras have no wires so there is no drilling to the inside of the house. Cloud based recording is a downside. No DVR. There is a serious lag and no continuous recording without paying a lot of extra money. Recording only works when the cameras sense movement and they miss a lot. Also does not automatically record movement when you are watching live. Not recommended if you are serious about protecting your home.

We have a getaway property, very remotely located, that brings mental comfort being able to keep tabs on on it's security. Able to overlook the activities that may exist in major areas within and around the property. We can see you but you can't see us is real.

My house is under construction so these camera's are not set up yet. My camera installer had to run the wires now - and was very impressed with what I chose. They seem very easy to install and very user friendly. I have recommended to friends as well

The set up is easy. The only two issues I have is they don't work when the WiFi goes down. Also, technical assistance is very difficult to reach.

The cameras worked well with the battery operated but the plug in cameras would go offline if there is a power surge through any wall outlet.

This is great if you just want peace of mind to check house when not home. The cameras do randomly go off but I am okay with that.

We like the cameras a lot. We got the two Qs and the four outdoors cams. The quality is great, but the app can be a little glitchy.

only problem cant add cameras with paying a subscription fee best buy I dont think the associate knew this to his defense

We wanted 3 outdoor cameras and 2 indoor cameras. This system came with 4 outdoor and 2 indoor. We are using the extra outdoor camera as a spare in case one of the others fails. So far we are very pleased with this product.

The cameras are easy to set up and work great. The one Arlo Q camera is still not working right. Customer support for this product is awful, so now I have one camera for the inside of the house that is inoperable.

Very easy to set up and connect. They just don't always sinc to the app or it takes a while For the feed to start

This all inclusive system was very easy to set up. So far the battery life has been better than expected. I combined it with a pro camera for the main entrance, and used the other ones throughout the house.

The setup was very easy following the instruction and very easy to use. Great picture quality. The Arlo's battery life can be amazing if set up to maximize and the Arlo Q has great sound quality.

We love the battery operated feature. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't a paid monthly service.

We purchased this system for our vacation home and are very pleased with the camera system. The video recordings that it records are very clear during the day or even with the night vision.

I did a lot of research before settling on this product. I am very happy. I love being able to control everything with the app but I can also log on from any tablet, pc, or gaming system.

Cameras were easy to set up and use but did cost a lot of money for the convenience of wireless.

The only negative I would say about this camera is the user friendliness. took us quiet a wile to figure it out. But once we did, still love it and the ease that it has went up with.

Ease of use, operator friendly product. Does eat through the batteries if you don't have your settings right, but great product overall!
