The Arlo system from Netgear was simple to set up, install, and connect to both computer and Android smartphones. Addition of more cameras is just as fast and simple. The system provides constant monitoring of the camera locations with immediate notifications to smartphones to allow review of activities being noted.

Nice product for value, HD cameras and free cloud recording features are great But this product is missing some feature which Arlo pro has like 2 way communication.

We buy these often. They are less expensive than buying security system. They break connections and have to be re-synced but we still utilize them in multiple locations

After having set-up all (4) cameras and not having the system on all day now I need batteries. With (4) cameras and (4) batteries per camera I can't afford this system. I now wish I could return the system as I would not recommend this system unless you own a battery company. At this rate it will cost approximately $600 a year for batteries. Better off going to ADT. Sorry is this consumer.

I bought this as a budget solution for having video cameras in my toy store. It works GREAT, and I have no regrets at all. Sends a push notification to my phone whenever movement is detected, and I can watch the feed right from my phone. It's smart too... the ceiling fan does not set off the motion sensor! I just wish add-on cameras were less expensive!

I need this for outdoor surveillance. Due to my ignorance, it isn't quite doing what I wanted it for. Seems like it would be more effective for indoor motion detection. It works, but only while I monitoring the cameras. It is too far away to detect and record on its own. When I hit the record button, it sometimes "buffers" too long to get the shot, and individuals have already moved outside the frame. I need to get more information to satisfy what I need it for. I would recommend for indoor detection.

Excellent camera! I can allow access to other individuals and turn it off at my leisure. Just wish batteries lasted longer but it's a well made and well worth the money product!
