Given that this is a Netgear product, I had pretty high expectations - and have been disappointed. The Quick Start instructions are poorly designed. i spent an hour on the telephone with an Apple tech before I could even connect to my Apple Extreme. The cameras are not that good from a distance and some of the prepackaged batteries had to be replaced in less than one week. Programming the protocols for the way that I wanted the system to work was very complicated. I would have been better off with 2 or 3 stand alone units that set up in 10 minutes.

I now have 10 cameras on my system. I'm still tweeking placement of cameras, motion sensativity, recording time, etc. Impressed to this point. I've had unit 1 month. Everything about the system works really well considering it's wireless. Extremely easy set up. If not satisfied with placement of cameras they are easily moved unlike wired. Spiders are my biggest issue, they love building webs around them so I find myself going around to each camera with a broom weekly to knock them off. All batteries remain at full after entire month of use on 3 cell phones viewing a computer and a android pad. I do not use any apple products but the apps on android works very good, a few snags here and there but nothing big as you will have snags with wired systems also. Definitely recommend more mounts other than standard ones supply, I recommend the mounts that screw into camera, the are best for outdoors. Recently recorded a possum on 1 camera at 4:30am, triggered motion detection immediately when entering zone, I was very surprised it captured the possum in that zone for only 3 seconds! Very nice! Highly recommend this system.

This camera system is so easy to install set up and use even someone that doesn't know electronics at all could easily do it themselves. The recording and saving feature and settings are also awesome I feel so much safer getting alerts on my phone anytime someone is on my street or in my front yard. I've only had about 2 months and the batteries are still going strong. I would HIGHLY recommend these to anyone looking for camera security.

Happy with the ease of setup. Don't know how happy I will be when I have to replace all them batteries

Right out of the box, that was the hardest thing to do was get it out of the box, simple instructions , easy app download great quality pictures

These cameras are great. The video quality is very good. The app works great on my Android phone. Best of all the setup was so easy. It was more difficult getting the cameras out of the box, than it was to set them up. I would have given this 5 stars but the mount they give you isn't the best. The mount isn't secure enough. The cameras can just be taken off the mount because the camera is just held on with a magnet. Also it is sometimes difficult to set up the angle you'd like. You can buy the other mounts that you screw the cameras into separately. though. Also I feel load time could be a bit faster in the app. (this could be my phone though)

This product is very easy to set up, the only down sides are a very bad battery life on thr cameras with a expensive battery also, im averageing 8 dollars a month per camera, and the recording software only records one cam at a time.

Camera range is not very good and the battery is irritating that it isn't recharable. Other than that, decent video quality and easy setup make up for it. Would recommend.

So I purchased due to it being a sales item. The video is decent. Easy to set up. Really like the mounting options. The app is easy to use. Still figuring it out. May change rating once I have it all figured out.

For the most part I'm totally satisfied with this system. The only downfall is that every now and again it will send me a false motion detection video email where there's no activity.

The cameras are easy to set up and place, give great image quality, and the mobile apps are great. Only down side is that they go through batteries relatively quickly.

Being completely wireless these can be setup anywhere and moved whenever the neede arises. Dropped one star because the app is a little confusing in how it sets up modes and schedules.

This camera is super easy to install since it doesn't require any wires to drag all over and allows to be move from any room to another including the use for the outdoors as well.

The Arlo camera system works great. It is easy to set up and it is easy to use. Picture quality is excellent. I am most happy with my purchase.

This is a good system for someone just starting out using a security system. It is very simple to get started, just follow the enclosed directions. I like the set up to out iPhone letting us know right away someone is here.

When the camera senses motion it records 10 seconds which is the setting I have it set. The camera stops recording for a few seconds which is sometimes enough time for the person to walk away and not see where they went. This is the only fallback I see, other than this they work great.

Great security system - cameras take great pictures and it was supper easy to get them mounted and to get the system running.

Easy to install. Easy to use. Shows clear day and night. Can be used inside and outside. Only con is it requires batteries that will need to be replaced eventually.

These are easy to use and gives you a good view of the room or outdoors. The camera has a strong magnet built into it and adheres to anything metal such as wrought iron fences, etc. The night vision works well. The app gives you different choices on how you want the notifications to be set up. Overall very happy with this purchase.
