Great system for my house and super super easy to use. Does not have sound option on base model, but still a very good system. The one thing all Arlo products should have is the ability to have sound associated with the alerts, like a ding, when the sensors go off at night. The alarm is good, but the reason I purchased this one instead of the pro is bc friends who have the alarm function turn it off bc they dont want to be startled every time their pet walks in front of it. The added ability to have different tones play, or sequences of tones, to play when at night may be a beneficial feature. Again, great system for me and has served me well since I got it.

Great product. I have been searching for a wireless camera system for over a year now. Simple to set up and easy to use. Great for monitoring the dogs while we are away.

It has delay before it kicks in to record. I adjusted all proper sensitivity, still, piece of junk. If you think this will help you to monitor your home,think again. If u walk fast for sure it will not capture you. My mailman gets recorded after he drop off my mail.

Pros: Easy to install and setup, picture clarity is good. Batteries come with it. Con:Batteries are not rechargeable. Regular batteries are pricey.

Used at front door to see who is knocking. There is a slight delay. Quality is good. Batteries are expensive. I had to replace the batteries that were included within 5 minutes of setting up the camera.

Cameras work great but lithium batteries very expensive l have all rechargeable ones now but would have got them at the time of purchase had I known how expensive they were

Good product- we love the fact that they are magnetic so you can stick them to anything metal and I love the fact you can watch and turn on at anytime from the app on your phones or tablets. Only negative of this product is that when the motion is turned on it's a couple second lapse before it starts recoding and you can see a bright blur before you can see what set it off. For example we have a critter living in our ceiling and walls and my husband stuck a few cameras up to try to catch the SOB and see what's making a racket up above and whatever it may be sets off the motion sensor on the cameras but the lapse and blur give it enough time to sneak off and hide its identity from us!!

The wireless is awesome but there is a lack of controlling the sensitivity trigger. Only came with one wall mount

Easy to setup, install and mobil access. Would definitely recommend this product if your wanting to avoid all the wiring and headache of other cameras. If you don't have fast internet service, expect some delays in your motion detection or sometimes none. Other than that, I'm content with my purchase, picture quality is actually pretty good too considering it's all wireless.

Easy to set up and configure. One thing to note, the effective distance from the base station can be less than 300 feet.

I was able to install in less than an hour. That includes the mounting. Package had everything I needed. If you set up your modes correctly and depending on the activity, the battery life should be pretty good. 2 months into using them and they are all have 50-70% battery life remaining. The integration with smartthings and Arlo Apple TV app are great additions. Clarity is very good.

after reviewing many cameras for my home, I bought these as the deal of the day and saved lots of money. Very satisfied with the quality of video and easy of placement around my home

I bought it for me to be able to keep an eye on my dogs while I am out and it catches motion so easily which can be bad if you hate notifications but you can turn them off. set up is easy and they stay up through storms without worry. the batteries have lasted quite long actually and i found cheap replacement batteries on amazon. its perfect for me and does what i need

Camera works great picture quality is good. I have it looking at my driveway and it works awesome. Batterys die kinda quick and sometimes it goes offline but if your checking it daily its perfect

It's really easy to install and works excellent! We can watch our dogs from iPhone all the time no matter where we are!

For the size and the fact that it's wireless this camera is really nice for home security/surveillance. I was so well impressed I went back and bought the wired version (Arlo Q) to expand coverage. While I found the Arlo Q to be superior and I am very pleased with the battery powered Arlo. I may end up buying yet another to setup outside facing the front door. I found the setup to be a painless process. Be aware that because it is battery operated you will not get nor should you expect to get continuous video recording. This Arlo works best for areas where you don't expect much motion when the camera is "armed", otherwise you'll need to buy batteries more often than expected.

Actually bought this for work to keep an eye of things. Works wonders and easy to use.
