I purchased this product for indoor and outdoor use. It took only a few screws to mount and set up. I will purchase more cameras

Wow! What a simple installation! The cameras are magnetic and so are the bases so you can adjust them in a second! I love the smartphone notification I receive if anyone is near my driveway or front porch (the 2 locations I use the cameras). No fee's and no wires! Perfect!

Without a doubt the bear wireless cameras on the market. I bought these refurbished and have no problem whatsoever. I wish the battery life was better... that's the only CON.

We knew that this camera would not be the best and it has lived up to that expectation. The biggest issue is that night recordings are so poor they are pretty useless. Also, setting up recording sensitivity was not an easy task and required a lot of adjustment. Day recording is exceptional.

So far it's a decent product. The installation was pretty easy but one box was batteries that came with the cameras were dead so I had to purchase a new set from the get go which was frustrating (Bestbuy wouldn't replace the batteries without bringing in the whole set of cameras to return). The cameras haven't picked up well at night so far. They won't even pick up activity at my front door so I'm going to move them to another location to see if that helps. I do like that you can have up to 5 cameras on your system without having to purchase a subscription! I think moving the cameras would help with my issues.

I have never been so disgusted with a company. They allowed someone to call in and change my account so that the perpetrator that I was watching had possession of the video I needed for court. I immediately called to get it straightened out. For two weeks they gave me promise after promise that they would call me back. After more than 4 hours of phone calls and being placed on hold, I finally got through to someone who said they could help. They were to call me back with information on my video footage. I never received a call, but I got an email that stated that the footage had been erased from the system after 7 days per their guidelines. Now I can't get in touch with them again. If they had responded to me to begin with the footage wouldn't have been in the hands of the person it was meant to catch. I now have $550 worth of equipment that I can't use and can't return. I will NEVER purchase anything from Netgear again.

The cameras are great. The only bad thing about these cameras are the batteries. They are expensive to replace. About $10 per battery and you need four of them per camera.

The only complain is about the battery, can not use rechargeable battery. it makes the product not perfect. the video is clear.

Clear picture, easy setup and totally wireless makes it great..

Waterproof is great for the snow as well. Battery life it's not as long as advertised but it can definitely last over a month.

Looked for cameras everywhere and these were the best wireless ones we could find so we tried them and was the best pick for us

These Cameras are perfect only flaw is that the Batteries life ends way too soon and rechargeable batteries are very unreliable

I've been waiting for a reliable, consistent, truly "wireless" video surveillance camera, for exterior use, to become available. Up to this point, most "wireless" cams were just wireless for WiFi, yet still required a hardwired power supply. Although I have a couple of older, wired, exterior cams, running power to additional locations has not been feasible. I installed a pair of Arlos about three weeks ago and the batteries have not dropped even one bar on the in-app monitor... Set up was a breeze! I went from unboxing, to connecting and setting up the WiFi receiver, linked the cams and downloading the app in less than 30 minutes... The system has worked flawlessly since!

Would not recommend, motion detection not dependable, battery life on one camera too short. I should have done more research before purchase, very expensive for not being dependable!

I bought the Arlo camera for outside monitoring. I bought it because it was totally battery operated and I could mount it any where without having to wire it. For the most part I love it. It did not come with any good instructions but I found easy turtorial's on line that helped a lot. I would definitely recommend this and it has a very good picture. Stopped my neighbor from creeping once he found out he was on camera!!

The camera works great, easy to set up and mount. It uses batteries up fast, so we turn it off in the day and on at dusk. Clear picture and picks up movement very well

I bought these and love them. Easy to use and install. My only complaint is they don’t have a wide range for the motion sensor

The night and day videos give clear picture quality. The video timing seems a little short max of 10 seconds.... But overall a good system.

Great system so far. Getting the sensitivity settings right is a little difficult where we have them placed (front yard) so we get a lot of unnecessary alerts but I love having the cameras. Having access to the app is awesome.
