These were very easy to set up and I love the access on my phone. We have not actually installed them outside yet, just tested inside with response time and recording length. Bought because we were being harassed, wanted to protect our property. I think this will do the job!

Batteries are expensive, also even with new batteries doesn’t last long. I had 5 cameras I bought 4 more cameras to add I just realized you have to get Arlo Net Gear Premium Monthly service which penalizes good customers. Also customer service is terrible When I called them that their cameras doesn’t work even new batteries their attitude is problem must be batteries no other help is given Also 75% of the time cameras doesn’t sense motion for some reason . Bottom line get wireless camera which takes AA batteries instead of special expensive batteries

When turning on I wish u didn't have to have it go off all the time if your watching something.

I only wish it had audio, even both ways but most cameras like that require wiring and I wanted wireless. Besides, it would have scared the dog to death if I talked to her while not being there. It's a good camera, can't say about battery life yet as it's still too new.

This has to be the easiest to install and connecting security camera on the market! Crystal clear and comes with cloud back up!

We bought this camera for extra security around our property. It was rough going at first trying to set it correctly with our netgear router, but in the end it 's doing what it is supposed to do. The picture is clear, and sends an immediate alert when motion is detected.

The bad part is battery only last 2 1/2 if. w/WIFI

Got this camera to watch the front of my house. It does & it records fine, but it captures the tail end of when someone goes by. I would like it to get them right away. I like how it records & holds the detected movement in the library. Overall, I'm happy with this camera!

After my fist month with Arlo, here's what I think: 1. It's Wifi, so range may be an issue. I have a camera mounted on my home's exterior wall pointed at the driveway and it shows one bar of reception but it seems to operate just fine. That's thru one concrete wall and about 50 ft from wireless base unit. 2. I didn't realize you will need an Ethernet connection for the base unit and my router didn't have an extra so I had to buy another switch to add more devices. 3. Images at range outside 8 ft or so, are OK, not great. You are not going to positively identify someone unless they are close to the camera. Those are the negatives I found. Overall, I love the system and the one week of free cloud data storage is good enough for me.

For the price this little thing is awesome. I am able to check on my house that vision the market for sale in Ga while I work for my company out in North Carolina. The picture quality is surprisingly very good also

This is so easy to install and I love I can manage my property from far away on my phone ! I can check to see how many guests are actually arriving to my vacation rental ! It alerts me when there is movement so being able to make sure my place is secure is amazing ! I looked into getting a security system when I got robbed and had one of these cameras been installed I would of been alerted ! Worth the $179 I paid and no monthly fees . No wires !! Totally on wifi connection ran by batteries. Love it so far !!

Batteries last for about a month, clear video and pictures, Night vision is really good. black and white but I can see what I want.

I wanted a camera to keep an eye on on our backyard but didn't want to get an electrician to hook it up. This camera does an excellent job. Easy to set up and install. The app for my phone is great also. My only reason for not giving it five stars is because it has no sound.

Gift for parents. They're pretty happy so far. Just wish they'd known about purchasing a plan.

Always wanted security cameras but thought it would be difficult to install and operate. This system was so easy to set up and works great with all your mobile smart devices

I really like these cameras. The only drawback is having to change the batteries more often than I would like. I try to be conservative on using them so I can save the battery power. One camera is hard to get to for as often as you are supposed to change the battery.
