I have worked in IT for 15 years. During my Career I have set up and installed hundreds of Network Security Cameras both indoor and outdoor. This Arlo system is the simplest one I have ever set up. It’s perfect for keeping an eye on your home and your belongings, My only gripe is that I wish I had spent the extra cash and got the Arlo Pro so I could add more Cameras.

The camera only takes small segments of time. The batteries only last a week, at 20.00 per pack, that adds up quickly.

The most recent update from Arlo wiped out the reception of video on my phones. It's been a week and the problem still hasn't been corrected. No word on when and/or if it will be fixed.

I wish this had selectable motion areas. also the batteries run out quick and I couldn't find rechargeable for the type it used.

Easy to install. Very clear picture. Really help give one "peace of mind" away or home.

The camera sets up quite easily and the daytime image quality is acceptable. However, the motion detection is unreliable. I bought this to monitor my side entrance and backyard access. It does not detect human motion 10 ft away from it. Strangely though, it detects birds flying past and the backyard door being swung open by wind but not by human

I had some things stolen out in my backyard so I decide to buy the netgear indoor/outdoor security camera for our home. It works very well and u have peace of mind. I need to buy a couple more of them for inside our home.

Easy set up, but you need to have a strong wireless router. Wherever you place the cameras, they need to be on your network. I use my phone to view both live and recorded cameras. You can set the cameras to record for longer than the default 30 seconds. If you want to keep a recording, you can download it, otherwise they go away after a few days. I have both cameras set up outside. You can view a live feed as well

High quality videos and easy installation. Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

Does everything as advertised. Best Camera System for the money. Absolutely no complaints. I would recommend this system to anyone wanting home security without the wiring problems.
