Very good quality cameras/system.It was very easy to setup right out of the box!

My place was being fumigated and I wanted to leave cameras up to keep track of who was entering my home.I didn't want to pay $1000's for one of the constant recording systems. I read the reviews from other customers, but chose to give it a chance. I set up 5 cameras inside various parts of the house interior. I set the camera to its most sensitive setting to detect any movement. Although the camera would detect movement, it has a hard time catching it on video. There is a "severe" lag between detection and recording of the video. So when it does detect movement, there is nothing in the video. You might get lucky and catch the trail end of "something". The most important part of the video (the persons face, and or actions) is missing. At this point the camera is borderline useless. Those are strong words for what otherwise is a nice system, but its frustrating to get the notice of movement on a cell phone only to review the video, and there is nothing there. This is true for well lit and dark areas. I would say the missed video performed this way %50-60 of the time which is almost hit and miss. It's when the action loiters, the chances of actually catching something on video is higher. As for recommending this, I would say this system has a nice interface for notifying the user via phone text and email and also remote access for reviewing the video footage. My main issue is the detection and time lag for recording after detection. For serious home monitoring, I need better reliability and consistency. This system is not quite there yet.....almost....Although after reading the above review, I said yes to recommending this because it has its nice features, its just not a serious monitoring system.

The major selling feature that got me to buy this item is the wireless aspect, I sure didn't want to be drilling holes in my house and one of the cameras is going to be hanging in a tree nearby, no messy wires going back an forth! The app on the phone is super easy to use and can change the modes of the cameras and turn them off as well. All around a solid investment!

these cameras are very easy to setup and monitor and its nice you dont have to deal with any wires during installation but you cant forget to periodically check the battery life for each camera

I really like this home video monitoring system, its easy to set up and has a phone app so you can see what's going on from anywhere. If you pay a monthly fee the system will record video that you can review later.

This system is great and it performs great. I didnt want to pull wires at all around my property so I bought this and it works flawlessly. You just got ti learn about this system before you use it.

Great cameras. Good quality. Easy setup for home or buisness

These cameras are very simple to set up and use. Took about 15 minutes to be up and running. Picture quality is ok, except night view. Has limited distance. But overall not bad for the peice.

The app is hard to setup. If I am at home using geo mode, motion outside will not be alerted. What is the use if I can not set it up like a security camera. Had the kit 2 weeks and batteries are dead in 2 or 3 cameras. What a crappy setup. Maybe if I spent extra money on the add on subscription it would suite my needs but the fact that I have to spend the $ just because it might work makes me not want to deal with it anymore. Do your research and make sure before you spend the $$.

I was sold by the Best Buy sales person and an Arlo Rep that this camera system was the best. I was so excited about this system but when I had it installed up and running the batteries drained in 1 day. 4 cameras on these batteries and draining in one day is unacceptable! Worst system ever!

Easy to install; my only complaint is motion detector sometimes will miss an event (and second camera records missing event). But for a wireless battery operated camera this is very good product

The security cameras are very clear. The batteries do go out fairly quickly.

This is a great camera, well worth your money. Easy to use and high quality.

Good camera, No wires can control when you want it on and off.. I have all four installed. The one in front of the house requires replacement of batteries faster because I live in busy block.

Cameras can be installed any where. Have great resolution and I can monitor from any where on my cell phone. I bought one more and can monitor up to 10 cameras.

Still having trouble getting the cameras to stop sending false motion notifications but they were easy to install and have good range. We will see how long the batteries last....

Great product, great video, but pricey when you have to replace the batteries.
