I was worried about the battery life and it turns out I was right. It dropped to 46 percent after the first two days. However, once you set it up it works great. Now that I have it configured, the batteries last 2-3 months. Make sure your firmware is also current or it will not work correctly. It is a great device. Very happy with it.

Great set up for a simple system all wireless so easy to use

The best part about Arlo is that it does not need to be plugged in. Depending on the brand of battery, the life is very short. The batteries are about $30 to replace.

very easy to set up. very user friendly set up and they give u options as what way to install the cameras. only thing would be the buffering sometimes takes a minute

The Arlo system is easy to set up and easy to monitor. We did buy additional cameras. I will caution you on this. When you have additional cameras, you have to pay a monthly service fee!

Installed outside with outdoor mount purchased separately. Set up was straight forward and easy. I wish this would connect with Google home in the future.

Does what is advertised. Battery life varies. It has nice features and the best thing is you don't have to pay a monthly fee if chose the free 7 day cloud service.

We needed something simple for the front porch, back door, etc. Great image quality, several options. A little difficult to navigate the app for programming.

Good video cameras, good night vision - the app isn't the greatest though, and at this price point, these should have two-way audio capability.

This is my first Arlo four camera purchase. Easy to hook up, sync and use with phone app. Love the text alerts when motion is detected. The slight delay in recording is not bothersome for my use. Night vision works very well too. I've added a fifth camera which was also very easy to sync & use. No complaints, no monthly bills!

I recommend this for basic security purposes. Easy installation without having to pay for help

The ease of install was mainly why we made this purchase. It provides us with ease while our dog is at home and we are at work. It also is good to know if anyone tries to get in either of our doors, they'll be on camera. Battery life has been good, I've heard other people say otherwise but they must be recording the entire time.

Great picture quality. Big upfront cost but not having a monthly fee is great and you get to save video to cloud for 7 days or download to your own storage device.

I bought this set and have since added on additional devices. I have and would continue to recommend the Arlo Netgear
