Great camera for beginnerS was all right but I had to end up taking it back to get that other Arlo cameras which are better in my opinion

Bought it for my use, but so light weight and easy to use I gave it to my wife. Wife now wants her own set of tools.

Easy to hook up, great images. Easy to access from the app.

This system was purchased for motion detection around my remotely located property. It took no more than 15 minutes to set up on my network, another 20-30 minutes to install around the house and now supplies real time, around the clock motion alerts with 10 second video clips. This is exactly what i needed having teens around the house.

Seems to work just as expected. It's a little laggy at times, but I think that's expected.

Time from acquisition to notification is just a few seconds at the worst. Setup was fairly easy for a non-geek. Just have to remember to arm and disarm daily.

Arlo cameras are easy to use and set up. The APP works great to see what's going on around the house whenever the motion sensor sets off. The motion sensitivity has to be set right so no false alarms set. I just kept turning the motion sensitivity down a little at a time on my phone app until I had no more false alarms.

I like the arlo system I've had arlo cameras for a year now and the only problem I would say is the reaction time it takes the cameras to turn on and start recording can be slow if the object is moving too fast . Also the arlo app cuts out sometimes so you have to log back in. The cameras are easy to install and great for a piece of mind when your away from your property. Buy rechargeable batteries if possible. I buy my batteries online and with normal activity going in and out of the house and property the normal cr123a batteries last for a month to month in a half.

An easy to fix security camera. Hassle free fixture. Good clarity. The only problem I saw was, the Arlo portal doesnt work with Windows 10 browser and Bitdefender Total Security 2017. The Arlo support requested me to disable the internet security to use the online portal features. But on Windows 7 it works flawlessly.

I was led to believe the battery life was much better than it actually is. The representative shared the batteries would last at least 16 months using minimal energy (granted it sounded far-fetched, but he was the product expert!) Upon returning home with the item, I found it did not last even 25% of what I originally thought, and that the cameras also did not support audio (as I was told!). I cannot fairly judge the product, as I was kind of biased by the disappointing misinformation.

Easy to install, works ok but definitely not the same as a conventional wired camera system. In order to save battery these basically run "on demand" or on motion. You can see live video but everything seems delayed and sometimes the video is a bit choppy. They serve my purpose just fine, alerts my phone when there is activity and shows you a snapshot video. If you are looking for or expecting a traditional surveillance system, this is not it. If you want something that's truly wireless and provides alerts for motion and gives you snapshot videos of it then this will work for you.

Nice system, good video, easy to install and monitor

Wasn't sure at first, but the product is well worth it. We are able to see, record and manage who is at the door, garage and indoors. definitely recommend it.

This camera was so easy to set up and the ability to put almost anywhere without the need for a 120 volt outlet is awesome. like any product it has issues and the big one is it's poor video quality in the night vision mode and in the normal light when in color it is not all that great either and yes you can change in the App the video quality but I have even questioned if it was myself in the video but the cool features and ease of use makes this system worth keeping for now.

Only flaw I found with the battery powered arlo cameras is that they freeze up in cold weather. to be specific the batteries appear dead in cold conditions.

Great wireless camera! Could use some improvements in regards to night view quality and captures (recordings). Also, love the mobile app and free storage feature.
