very easy setup, poor battery life and very expensive batteries to replace. excellent picture quality

If you are looking for a cheaper wireless security camera system. This is the way to go. Packages have been stolen off of porches in our neighborhood and that prompted us to buy this. Easy to use. Easy to setup. Easy to use the app to see saved pictures and to see live footage.

The only thing I'd change would be color. White stands out like a sore thumb.

First thing needs to be done is to call the phone number the it is given to enroll. From that point on, good to go!

Camers are easy to set up an use don't like the delay between the time motion is detected and record.

Only camera that doesn't make you pay to get your video steam saved. The only problem I found was constant alerts from bugs flying past the camera

Good cameras. Wireless set up makes them very easy. However there is about a 4 second delay between the cameras detecting motion and recording.

The Arlo system is a good system. The app functions well. I like that you don't pay for anything past the system if you have five or less cameras. The quality of the nightvision is not as good as the Arlo Pro. I also don't like that you have to replace the batteries. The Arlo Pro is the system you should buy because the quality is better, the cameras have rechargeable batteries, and the night vision is better. Buy the arlo pro.

Set-up was easy and the wifi range is outstanding. Great to have, fun to check in on what's going on.

We purchased this product to monitor our home when we are away. It was easy to install and makes us aware each time someone is present at our home.

This product has 5 star potential, but their software updates for my Android created an issue that was not resolved for 7 days. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad technical service was able to solve the problem, but to experience this type of headache so early after my purchase had me second guessing. It's been over a month since the last issue and it's working flawlessly.

Nice cameras and easy wifi connect. The app is a little delayed and the zooming part needs a little help but hopefully with updates it gets better

Easy to use and very attentive customer service from Netgear to walk me through set up and issues along the way.

This is my second set of 4 Arlo cameras. I am using three of them and out of the 3 two of them are showing red images. I have rebooted, turned them upside down and done all the recommended things to get them to work properly but they still are not giving a proper daytime picture. Glad I bought the purchase plan as this set will also be going back.
