Little pricey but overall a really great product. Just what I needed. It is a little confusing because all the systems are different and what can work with what when you want to add on.

This was purchased to provide security of my house when vacationing. I could monitor it when I was in another state on my laptop. It made me feel that my home and possessions were secure.

This is a good system for wireless but the cameras periodically go offline. It's a pain to have to climb up to wherever you installed them, get them back to the base, and reconnect them. Picture quality is decent but bottom line is without a super strong signal this system is worthless.

it is a good camera for day use and setup. only thing i didnt like was the night vision..

There are a lot of cameras out there, but this one is great and easy to set up! I just would not use the magnetic mount outside for fear that someone would easily steal the camera.

I did a lot of research and chose the Arlo HD 780i cameras over the pro's because I was worried about an untested battery pack that obviously didn't do well in the cold. The cameras were so easy to install and get operational. But, I have found the same issues that others did - the most critical being 1) they aren't as good at night vision as I had hoped (which is the main reason you use cameras) and 2) the detect to record time lag is not good at times. I have literally walked through the field of vision (approx 15 feet, side to side) and by the time the camera reacts and starts to record, all you could see was my shadow. Same thing with many cars going by the house. By the time it senses and records, you miss the car or see a fraction of a second recording. At other times they caught and recorded 10 seconds of action. I'm clicking "yes" on the recommendation because they could serve a valuable purpose inside or elsewhere, depending on what you desire.

The Netgear Arlo security system is super easy to set up and use. I feel much better about time spent away from home and being able to remotely monitor my property.

Batteries only lasted two weeks,when I wa told 6 months,what a shame now I have to buy battieries my self Best Buy would not help me on this matter ,

I tried another brand of cameras and had nothing but problems setting it up they were cheaper but so hard to set up that I am sending them back this one was truly plug And play!

This system is very easy to set-up and sends notifications to phone and/or e-mail when movement is detected. Great for use as security system for 2nd home which is normally unoccupied.

Mischief around my home just the day before we left on vacation finally prompted action! The system installed in minutes, cameras connected immediately and the sign-up was a breeze.

Poor night, does not record all motions. Awful customer service, website not user-friendly. I wish I would have researched instead of taken Best Buy's recommendation. Now we are stuck with an awful camera!!

The cameras exceeded my expectations. The only thing that could improve is the battery life, or a having rechargable battery.

Good Camera. Not so sensitive like the Netgear Arlo Pro.

Great security camera and I got it on sale for $299.
