I like it very much especially when we are away and still can see any happenings going on around our house. Great easy camera. No problems. Bought it on sale, great price.

Not that easy to set up as one would think. One MUST have good WiFi. Does hold up in wet and cold weather for outside use. Does work on your phone app. Extra accessories are hard to find now and always sell out. This is an older model. It’s a good security.

It works very well for the money and helps me monitor my home.

We spent over $1000 on this arlo pro 3 camera system, a new router, new modem.. all recommended and installed by geek squad. Cons: even with upgraded new modem and router.. the camera still lags. A LOT! So much that the front door camera doesn't start recording until the person is already standing in front of our door. (We have a small walkway that leads up to the door). The battery needs to be changed minimum 3x a year. And in order to do that.. u need to remove the whole entire camera. The microphone to talk to the people is REALLY LOW. Only in complete silence can u hear me talking. If there is background noise.. u can't hear unless you're really paying attention. AND this is only if you're lucky enough to have the laggy thing work in time before the people leave. Overall this camera was very easy to install. No need to pay extra for all the geek squad set up. Only camera system you can take when u move.

Bought but honestly the customer service is horrible. You can call net gear for free so you have to chat. They aren't very kind. One of my cameras keeps showing a pink image tried to resolve but they ask for a list of things to show proof of purchase. I am not satisfied with customer service for net gear but camera view is ok not very good at night.

Just what I was looking for. I did not want to install cameras in deal with wiring so these worked out great. They are very clear and easy to set up. I will be purchasing more.

This is awesome system when you do not want to pay a monthly fee. Easy to set up and program. Just wish I knew how to only set certain camera at certain times. I love this system

My only problem with this system is that if you want to have more than 5 cameras you must pay a monthly fee. At such high cost for the extra camera the additional monthly fee is a hard one t swollow. I decided to return the 6th camera and just stay with the 5 camera system

Purchased 4 cameras and set them up in minutes. Just set them on the floor near entry ways. Bought a 5th one separately for a basement entrance. Together with our wireless alarm system, Arlo does a great job of keeping us informed of any activity. One afternoon we forgot to lock the front door and it wasn't closed properly. It was a windy day and we got an alert of an entry door open from our alarm company. Fortunately, we were able to check the Arlo video to see the door blowing open. Without the Arlo video, we would have certainly thought the house had been broken into. Nice to know the two systems kicked in as they were designed to do.

They changed the base station on this product. The new base station is a circular puck instead of the pictured rectangular shape. The new base station is very light and is not stable. It keeps flipping over. Everything else works well, just the new base station is a poorer design than the previous one.

This is the best system if you don't want a monthly fee. Works well, easy to set up and you can take it with you. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a security camera.
