Arlo definitely did a good job with this system. It's easy to use for any beginner. The only downfall is no audio and batteries drain fast. Overall great buy!

This is my second set of these Arlo cameras. I love them! No wires to run, the batteries last about 6 to 8 months. Super easy installation. Great videos that run when motion is detected and then sends you a notification of activity. The sensitivity and video duration are adjustable. They also have a new camera that just came out that incorporates two-way sound. I will be adding one of these! Great product!

Wireless, great indoor/outdoor cameras, easy install, no fees, no fuss, easy to use, iPhone app gives you total control. Exactly what I was looking for in a security system enhancement. Worked perfectly when I was gone recently for 3 weeks. Cameras work great at night too. Sensitivity adjustment allows install in areas that are frequented by movement. Only drawback is delay in camera activation. Good high def.

These cameras are great. Picture is clear. Easy to set up and installed quickly. Took longer to figure out where to mount. Didn't give it a 5 star because of the price for extra cameras is a little extreme.

Very good system, easy to setup and user friendly. Love the app for monitoring. Only con is that one camera seems to be uber-sensitive and picking up very small movement resulting in too many notifications.

Easy setup. I integrated this system with my SmartThings Hub to use as part of a whole house automation/security system. It is nice these cameras are completely wireless so now need to even run power. They can be used indoor or outdoor. We used for both in the one set. Battery % can be seen in app. Great video quality. Can determine time length of recordings when motion activated. Great image quality. Just be aware no sound or speaker to communicate. Only video.

This product has exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to set up and works great. It is very good at sending me notifications when motion is detected and it had notably fewer false triggers compared to some of the other products I've tried. Cameras are very nice looking and the picture and video quality is great.

No sound, doesn’t pick up everything, picks up motion from the road so it is constantly recording. Needs more advanced settings. Good picture and night vision. App is super-easy to use.

Very good wire free camera system. Other altos have speakers for relaying voice through them but this is all I need. Batteries could last longer but there are rechargeable options also. I would recommend this over any other camera system that I’ve used. I have had one other Arlo and working with Netgear customer service was way and a new unit was sent to me promptly.

Good Quality - great price and the simple hook exceeded my expectations

The video quality seem more than 720p in my opinion. No wire needed to install, very easy to do, you probably need a ladder for higher reach places. overall the camera doesn't give me any issue, simple to use but you have to have a smart phone to view the camera also some what fast speed internet for it to stream.

The camera is wireless and requires no recorder for the video(cloud storage). Set up is very easy. With a little patience the web site is user friendly and comprehensive. Video quality is good not exceptional; you would have to buy a hard wired unit with a recorder. The only downside is the cost of batteries (purchase them on line and plan ahead). This is a small price to pay for piece of mind.

As my first security camera system, I couldn't be more pleased. These cameras do everything advertised. Good video quality, easy setup, and you can put them anywhere. I purchased the protection plan, but doubt I will need it. I dropped one of the cameras from 20ft onto a tile floor and the only thing that happened was the battery cover opened slightly. The camera works fine and no physical damge.

The set up very simple and quick. Easy to add additional cameras at later date. Motion sensing very sensitive. Good cameras for the beginner . Pictorial tutorials to help with setting up additional features. Arlo camera skins and mounting brackets a must for outside wall mounting. Great product for a good price.

The Netgear Arlo wireless cameras are very nice for what they are. I like that they include free cloud storage for 5 days and they are wireless. I don't like that I can't log in and view them with my ipcamera app like I can my other security cameras. Having to use the Netgear software is not good for me as it is slow and sometimes flakey. If you are using nothing but Arlo cameras then this should not be an issue for you, for me it is a bit of a deal breaker, aside from that, if you want a truely wireless solution, then I don't think there is any better out there.

Bought these a week before traveling cross country. One night in Montana (I live on East coast) I get a message about activity on front porch. Two kids in hood were trying my front door. I called my local PD. That right there convinced me I had a winner. Simple to use. Simple to connect. Install was 10 minutes. If you have them pointed at a busy area you will need to replace batteries every 2-3 months. I bought a 40 pack at Amazon just to have.

Great security cameras, setup was a breeze, they simply work. Motion detection is excellent night vision is very good. Highly recommended. Do your research before you buy. These are meant for security not surveillance. If you don't know the difference then you should look into that first. Basically They do not record 24/7. Rather only when motion is detected is . Yes you can log in and view what's going on but it will only record with motion is detected or you physically push the record button. Ideally this system is meant for when you don't wait until your home or your property be vandal. You should be very proud of your sale associates at your Best Buy tech support. They are warm people who put their customers first. If someone has a problem or need some technical and electronics support, they go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied, happy, and the situation is resolved. One of the best things about this camera is that it's wireless! Also, I was hesitant at first about the way the camera works and how it senses motion/activity but as the days went on and I figured out how to do the settings to change the sensitivity for motion, I am happy that we made the choice to purchase. Puts my mind at ease to just go in the app when I get an alert and check things out!
