Good cameras, shame about not having sound! But with the Wifi hub they are really easy to set up and easy on the eye as well compared to other similar cameras!

This is the second set of these I have purchased from Best Buy. This is an excellent product for keeping an eye on one's property whether at home or in a distant property. Works inside or outside, dosen't need wires or electricity, put it where you need it. Easy to set up and gives instant email video to several addresses when motion is detected. Batteries can last six months or longer.

I found it very easy, simple and direct to set up and start viewing. The camera itself is fairly good. The mounting setup could be better but good job arlo

Hard to manage arm function which senses movement too easily at times. Batteries wear out quickly and are rather expensive. But overall a good purchase.

No wires, battery has lasted two months on motion, and hasn't reduced any bars. Clear video, free 7 day video retaining, and easy to use app. Had the nest camera and this is sooooo much easier and better.

The cameras have awesome picture and connection but I really wish I would have bought the "PRO" line of the product. The batteries on this one runs low quickly but the pro line comes with rechargeable batteries. Other than that very easy install and activation. Also you have to subscribe to a service to keep your recordings. A little over 100 a year

Overall I am well pleased with Arlo. I've had the cameras for about six months. I'm only using three of the cameras. The original batteries in two of the cameras lasted about 3 months. The third camera still has its original batteries. I only run them at night to early in the morning, and when I am out of town. I also use them when I am at work to alert me when my kids come in the house from school. I purchased the Nitecore NL166 RCR123A 3.7V rechargeable batteries. They lasted about 2-3 months before I had to recharge them. The picture quality is good. The app is good and very useful for controlling, adjusting, and setting the system, and viewing videos. I'm pleased with Arlo.

If you're looking for a wireless camera setup that is 'really' wireless, this deserves a look-see. Each camera runs off of 4 Lithium batteries. No wires to the cameras so you can basically put them anywhere. The only caveat is the base-station plugs into your router/modem and 'does' need power. So, if say, your power is out - even though the cameras are wireless, you still won't get any video. Normal 'other' features one might expect from a camera system. Night-vision (looks great), motion detection, email and mobile alerts and you can turn it on remotely and just view it live. No monitoring service or fees.

Very compact and installed in under 10 minutes. Picture quality and motion sensitivity is great. The use of app to monitor the triggered videos has been excellent. Only reason giving it a 4 is the batteries only lasted 2 months. I know the new model comes with rechargeable ones, but was too late for me since that model was not available at the time of my purchase

This is a good camera system and no need to run wires. I would recommend getting the camera mounts for better adjustments of the area you want to monitor. I would also recommend getting BTBAI 16340 2200 mah rechargeable batteries from Aamazon.com to cut down on future battery costs. The cameras do come with batteries but when the die, replace with the rechargeable batteries.

Could not have asked for a better camera. Wireless, easy to install. I will say there was something wrong with one of mine when i purchased it but arlo was very easy to contact and very nice people and the camera was replaced with a new one! I love them and will probably add more cameras.

So much to love about the arlo cameras. Because they are wireless, they can easily be moved to different rooms and the magnet mounts allow you to easily position the cameras at different angles. The app is so easy to use to change settings, so I can have certain cameras notify me of motion detection through push notifications and record motion for different lengths of time. It's nice that different cameras can have different settings. These cameras are perfect, except for one thing.... they are a major battery suck. Depending on how much action the camera gets, you will be changing batteries often. And CR123a batteries are not cheap. We have found if we leave the inside cameras on all the time, they get a lot of motion hits and recordings when we are home, and therefore use a lot of battery life. The outside cameras do not get as much motion and last a bit longer. It is the coolest thing to have instant notification when someone is at your house, whether you ar eat work or home. I could turn the inside cameras off when we were home but if we were to have an intruder while home I would want as much video footage as possible which is why I choose to leave them on all the time. So, I like everything about these cameras except for the cost of battery replacement.

Overall, I like the idea of these cameras being entirely wireless and coming with 7 days of cloud recording for free. I have respectable speed internet (175 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload) and the delay in recording is still a bit shaky. Sometimes, the recording will start after the person or animal is already three quarters of the way through the frame, unacceptable for practical purposes. However, since I have these installed monitoring my doors and windows of my house, someone would be completely unable to get through a door or window without being detected, so I am overall happy with what this camera system is purposed for. One thing to note, side-to-side motion through the field of vision of the camera is where it is most likely to detect, something that isn't mentioned in the product description. This makes it impractical to use in the same position you would a video doorbell type setup, so you will need to get creative with your placement. I like the Arlo Pro version of the camera a whole lot better, since it has sound and better motion detection. I do recommend the Arlo Wire-Free system for places where you need monitoring of what is going on around your property, but be sure to have realistic expectations of what this system can do before purchasing.

So easy to set up and install cameras, outstanding video quality daytime, could use a little more illumination in IR wavelength for night vision. Overall outstand system. I bought one for my daughter.

Easy to set up,no problems log in and use your smartphone to monitor ,it comes with base to mount it, you can literally placed it everywhere. Big plus that is wireless.4 star because I don't like the batteries you need to replace , they are EXPENSIVE! Would be better camera if you can speak/ hear through it. Price is OK if it is on sale otherwise pricey.

Easy set up and installation. No wiring and can be installed almost anywhere you want. We needed to call customer service to help with the initial set up, but then is was easy and they were very helpful. Sometimes the camera is very sensitive and picks up a bug flying in front of it. There is a delay when starting to record but for our purposes, it is fine.

These cameras are working out so far. The image is good and the night vision feature works fairly well. The battery life is less then I'd like to see but that's to be expected with a wireless camera. The motion sensing is hit and miss, certain angles seem to work much better then others.
