It did work pretty well until it stopped recording when people came by, then both cameras stopped working within 2 weeks of each other. We haven’t even had it 2 years. Disappointed.

Mice camera would be nice if it has alarm and microphone.

Set up in and outside. Reliable and battery life seems excellent.

Every home should have these. Criminals fear it, and it's always good to be able to prove if something bad happened. It works great!

This is a great system and perfect for what I need it for. Found it to be a little slow in downloading images but it was due to my Internet service. Can't wait to add more cameras!

Cameras startup to late sometimes to catch what is going on

The camera only records small snippets and sometimes it doesn't react to movements at all. The image is not that clear either. Short battery life, not 6 months as promised, more like 2,5 months. Overrated. Too expensive.

These cameras worked really well and the wireless setup is amazing.

One of the cameras is not working properly I had them for 3 weeks I called Arlo support and they keep telling me it was nothing wrong with it I was detecting motion all the time. What I did after got not response from arlo support I put the camera inside where I don't need it to record.

Very pleased with my Arlo cameras. We got them to watch our dog while we're at work and they are perfect. We've had the cameras about a month ago and the batteries are still going.

The Netgear Arlo Security Camera were just what we needed! They work great! The cameras are also small and less obtrusive than some of the cameras we looked at.

I like the idea but the night time vision is not so good

I bought these cameras as an alternative to a wired system so I didn't have to run the wires. Everything worked great for the first 15 days( conveniently best buys return period) and then it all went south the rules I set up to have multiplayer cameras record all stopped working, and the videos that should be 25 seconds long each are always 3-5 seconds short and in security footage that's the difference between catching the person and not. Netgear has given me the reboot this reboot that unplug, reset run around and refuses to refund me, and Best Buy won't let me return it. As of now I'm out $500. Not only will I never buy a netgear product but I will never again buy an expensive item from Bestbuy again as their return policy is horrible.

Setting up these cameras were easy. However, distant the camera is from the WiFi makes a huge difference, it doesn’t work well if you place to too far away. And I don’t like not having the ability to adjust the motion zone to a specific area.

I found customer support was excellent. and was very courteous.

I do not recommend the Arlo security camera system. It doesn’t pick up most motion and when it does start videoing it’s significantly after the motion started and 10 seconds hardly captures anything.
