I appreciate the fact that the Arlo is a truly wireless camera system, but I when used in an exterior application, they are very easy to take off and steal from your home.

The quality and was of use of this camera is amazing. Wish I knew it existed before now. Recommend to many family and friends.

compare to other "wireless" security cam, this one can be literally put anywhere in the house. The connection from app is decent.

The instructions for the Arlo (NetGear) security cameras was insufficient. Even after downloading a manual, we still had problems understanding the operation of the cameras. The customer support with NetGear is better.

First of all Best Buy has the best deal around even better than anything on Amazon. If all you need is camera with push notifications Arlo is the one to get. It is totally wireless and that includes no need to an AC outlet. The cameras are small and can be placed just about anywhere with or without the included mounts. Set up is pretty easy but you will not do in it 5 minutes like they say. Plan on about 30 mins. Field of view is 130 degrees which I find a little wide but it may be what you need. All in all this system works very well. I wish it has two way voice and I am noping Nextgear will add things like door/window sensors. I would have given it 5 stars but I do not know how long the batteries will last. The say 6 months and that would be good.

Absolutely amazing system. It does everything it says it does. Battery life is good, lag is minimum and the clarity is amazing.
